Transaction procedure
- 1. You leave a request or call us by phone, after which our manager consults you on all issues of interest - agrees on the name, completeness, quantity of equipment and delivery method.
- 2. We conclude with You have a bilateral contract for the supply of equipment, in which we fix the cost and terms of delivery of the equipment.
- 3. You transfer an advance payment of 8% of the cost of the equipment to our bank account.
- 4. We put you in line for production and produce the equipment according to the configuration and terms specified in the contract. If, while waiting, for one reason or another, you change your mind about purchasing the ordered equipment, we will refund the advance payment in 100% of the amount.
- 5. After manufacturing and testing the equipment, you or your specialist can come to our production facility, where we will demonstrate the operability of the machine, as well as conduct free training.
- 6. You transfer the remaining amount to the bank account
- 7. Our manager will help you choose the best option for delivering the equipment to any city in the Russian Federation and beyond.
Transportation
We take the stage of transporting the equipment from our production facility to the place of its installation and We take all necessary measures to ensure that the equipment arrives intact and safe. Checking the completeness, tightening the structural elements, loading are our area of responsibility

Transportation options
1. You can pick up the equipment from our plant yourself. When choosing transport, pay attention to the weight and size characteristics of the loading areas. Loading onto transport is carried out from above.
2. We can select and calculate the cost of delivery by dedicated transport from our plant. The machine is delivered directly to the customer's location. The average cost per 1 km is 20 rubles.
3. We have been conducting dialogue and working with various logistics companies for many years. Our manager will help you find the best option for you, conduct all the necessary negotiations and paperwork. Please note that when transporting over long distances, when processing documents with a transport company, we recommend using the "rigid packaging" service (crate), this measure will help to avoid damage to the paintwork of the machine during handling at the terminals of the transport company.

4. Shipping abroad. We conduct transactions with our foreign partners through an export company. The export company makes a discount of 10% of the cost of the equipment due to VAT reimbursement. Delivery is carried out in several stages: - delivery to the terminal of the export company (the cargo undergoes customs clearance) - land delivery to the port (if there is no land delivery) for container loading - delivery to the recipient country (with further customs clearance of the cargo) All work related to delivery, customs, brokerage services, etc. is undertaken by our affiliated export company. The cost of delivery is calculated individually for each country.
Product delivery
Equipment is shipped by road at the Buyer's expense.
