TOL-2 is a belt conveyor designed for automatic removal of chips and sawdust from under the bed of rounding machines. The presence of a conveyor belt significantly increases not only the productivity of any rounding machine, but also the culture and convenience of producing rounded logs.Structurally, TOL-2 consists of a special flexible conveyor belt (8mm) moving along guide rollers; the belt is tensioned by a tension drum with the ability to adjust the belt displacement. The design of the belt conveyor can be either framed (on a separate frame) or built-in (the design of the conveyor is built into the frame of the rounding machine).
Due to the modular design of the conveyor, various assembly configurations are possible; below we will consider some options:

Straight (schematic side view)

Used to drain chips into a hopper (storage) located below the floor level.

Straight+lift (schematic side view)

Used to drain chips into a hopper (storage) or cart located above the floor level.

Combined (schematic top view)

Used to remove chips perpendicular to the machine bed, structurally consists of two branches (two conveyors)
